Take the one or two things capping growth. Run them.

Not advise on. Run. Rev-share means if the number doesn't move, neither do we. AI-native BI and execution let a small bench operate like a large one. Engagements typically run 9–18 months; one cycles every ~9, which is why we take four clients a year.

We stand up the GTM, data, and ops stack, then staff it. We locate and train a dedicated operator, or upskill one of yours, to run it to our standard.
